Structured Abstract (Introduction; Aim, Materials & Methods; Results: Conclusion) with no not more than 300 words, five key words and in word format (Times New Roman, font size:12pt,1.5 line spacing and A4 page layout) and containing the Title (title case), authors’ surname, initials and affiliation should be submitted to: asnbaze2023@gmail.com. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.

The preferred method of presentation (oral or poster) should be specified. All students are required to make poster presentations (the format will be communicated). NB: The Scientific Subcommittee will have the fi n a l d e c i s i o n o n t h e s e l e c t i o n o f abstract/papers for presentation at the Conference and this will be communicated to the corresponding author in the Letter of Acceptance.

Only abstracts that conform to the submission guidelines will be reviewed. Each participant is entitled to submit only one abstract as the 1st Author. Every other submission with the same participant as 1st author attracts a submission fee of N2,000 per additional abstract.
